En SombraRadio respetamos tu privacidad. No somos una gran plataforma obsesionada con recolectar datos.
Creemos en el uso consciente y limitado de la información personal. Aquí te explicamos qué recogemos, por qué y cómo lo protegemos.

2. Qué datos recogemos
Cuando navegas en SombraRadio, podemos recopilar:
- Tu correo electrónico (si te suscribes a la newsletter)
- Tu nombre o alias (opcional)
- Información técnica de navegación (cookies anónimas, IP parcial, tipo de dispositivo)
No recogemos datos sensibles.
No vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos tus datos.
3. Finalidad de los datos
Utilizamos tus datos para:
- Enviarte la newsletter si te suscribes (y solo si lo haces tú voluntariamente)
- Analizar de forma anónima cómo se usa el sitio para mejorar la experiencia
- Mantener la seguridad del sitio (prevención de abusos o bots)

- El envío de la newsletter se basa en tu consentimiento explícito
- El análisis técnico y cookies se basa en interés legítimo o tu consentimiento, según el caso

No usamos cookies de publicidad de terceros.

7. Tiempo de conservación
- Tu correo se guarda mientras estés suscritx a la newsletter
- Los datos técnicos se conservan un máximo de 26 meses de forma anónima
- Si cancelas tu suscripción, eliminamos tu email en un plazo máximo de 7 días
8. Terceros
Solo trabajamos con herramientas que cumplen con el RGPD.
Si usamos plataformas externas (por ejemplo, para enviar la newsletter), firmamos acuerdos de tratamiento de datos con ellas.
9. Seguridad
Implementamos medidas de seguridad razonables para proteger tus datos frente a accesos no autorizados, pérdida o alteración.
10. Cambios en esta política
Actualizaremos esta política si cambia la legislación o nuestra forma de gestionar datos.

En SombraRadio creemos que los datos personales no son moneda.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
